the building, the terraces on the floors, and even the VIP reception underground. All of this to create one of the best buildings in the city.

Space exploitation

The floors of 608 to 713 square meters offer flexibility like no other,
as the result of the union of every experienced professional involved in the project. The floors, for example, come prepared with internal
inter-connecting stairs, and through this, the Icon can have a single or multiple occupant with the same comfort level.
